JobNCV operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when using premium features such as AI resume generation, cover letters, ATS analysis, mock interviews, and other supported services.
Free users may receive complimentary credits from time to time based on our platform policies. Complimentary credits may expire or change without prior notice.
Purchased credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Purchased credits remain valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused purchased credits will automatically expire after the one-year validity period and cannot be restored, refunded, or transferred.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Refunds are not provided for used credits. Unused credits may be reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or downtime may occur at any time.
