Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on JobNCV. By using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Digital Services & Credits

JobNCV provides digital services including resume building, cover letter generation, ATS scoring, and mock interviews. All purchases are delivered as digital credits which are consumed upon usage.

Once credits are added to an account, they are considered used assets and are non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

Due to the nature of digital services, we follow a strict no-refund policy for:

• Purchased credits (Starter, Pro, Elite, Power plans)
• Partially or fully used credits
• Accidental purchases after credits are delivered
• Change of mind after usage

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Technical error resulting in failed credit delivery
• Payment deducted but credits not added

All such cases must be reported within 7 days of transaction.

4. Refund Approval Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed after verification. Approval is at the sole discretion of JobNCV.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the payment gateway.

5. Subscription / Plan Changes

Credits are prepaid and non-transferable. Downgrading or upgrading plans does not qualify for refunds of unused credits.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to account suspension and permanent restriction from JobNCV services.
